CANCELLATION POLICY
The 15% deposit is refundable only if you cancel your booking 15 days before your rental start date, after that date your deposit it is not refundable.GENERAL INFORMATION
RENTERS AND DRIVERS AGE
At least 21 years old for groups A, B, C & S. 23 years old for groups D,E,H1,F,K,O,J,X &W, and minimum of 25 years for all other groups.
DRIVERS LICENSE
The driver must have held a valid license for at least 12 months.
MINIMUM RENTAL
One day.
INSURANCE
All authorized drivers of DIRECT vehicles are covered against fire and liability to third parties for death, injury or damage to property. Drivers under the age of 23 years pay an additional insurance fee 20 € per rental.
0 Excess CDW (CDW)
On condition that the driving code has not been violated, renter's have 0 excess amount. In case of an accident an administation fee of 100 € has to be paid
THEFT PROTECTION (TPC)
Total value of the DIRECT car against the theft is subject to an additional charge of 5 € for all cars.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI)
A PAI is available for an additional charge of 5 € per day per car covering the driver & passengers for medical expenses up to 12 000 €.
WINDSHIELDS, TYRES AND WHEEL TRIMS
Are NOT covered by the insurance. There is an optional insurance for 5 € per day for tires and 5 € per day glass insurance.
PARKING
Is allowed only in authorized parking zones.
GASOLINE
Renter is responsible for the gasoline consumed during the rental. Refilling charge 7 €.
EXTRA EQUIPMENT
Baby seat & booster for 5 € per day (max. charge 10 days). GPS for 10 € per day.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Is charged an insurance fee of 3 € per day.
TRAFFIC FINES
Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
The insurance becomes invalid
If when driving on non-asphalt roads. Damages underneath of the car, clutches, and loss or damage of the keys are not covered by any insurance.If the driver is not written in the contract, or if driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
TRANSFER FEE
A fee of 10 € is to be paid in case the car is returned to a different station.Car deliveries between 22.00 – 07.00 are subject to a 20 € additional fee.Pick-ups from hotel stations are only possible between 08.00 – 11.30, 18.00 – 21.00.Airport Diagoras: Free pick up and drop off shuttle bus service. Our representative will meet you at the arrivals hall
ADMINISTRATION FEE
In case of an accident an administration fee of 100 € has to be paid.
